Finally, Users of the <a href=\"https:\/\/fdd-ihedn.fr\/en\/\">https:\/\/fdd-ihedn.fr<\/a> can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authorities, in particular the CNIL (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnil.fr\/fr\/plaintes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.cnil.fr\/fr\/plaintes<\/a>).<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h3>7.4 Non-disclosure of personal data<!-- \/wp:heading --><\/h3>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->The IHEDN Endowment Fund shall not process, host or transfer the Information collected from its Customers to a country outside the European Union or recognised as \u00abnon-adequate\u00bb by the European Commission without first informing the Customer. However, the IHEDN Endowment Fund remains free to choose its technical and commercial subcontractors provided that they offer sufficient guarantees with regard to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD: n\u00b0 2016-679).<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->The IHEDN Endowment Fund undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the Information and in particular to ensure that it is not communicated to unauthorised persons. However, if an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of the Client's Information is brought to the attention of the IHEDN Endowment Fund, the latter must inform the Client as soon as possible and inform it of the corrective measures taken.
